Certified in accounting and licensed in real estate, Stephen Yoe is equipped to work with businesses in a variety of fields.
Mr. Yoe acquired extensive knowledge and experience while serving in a wide range of capacities: Big 4 auditor, internal auditor, Big 4 audit manager, accounting manager, interim internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance director, and managing partner of a full-service real estate and mortgage company and financial consulting firm.
At PM Realty Group, Mr. Yoe oversaw a large real estate investment portfolio and managed a team of central-division accountants. Capitalizing on his Big 4 real estate audit and property management experience, Mr. Yoe founded and successfully managed a financial consulting firm specializing in acquisition, operation, escalation and expense recovery, debt compliance, cost segregation studies, 1031 exchanges, due diligence, investment analysis, valuation, and real estate and mortgage brokerage services.
Mr. Yoe is a Certified Public Accountant. He has earned three degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Accounting and Economics. He is also a licensed real estate agent. Mr. Yoe is active in initiating and promoting the value of diversity and currently serves on the Diversity Committee of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has been very active on the Diversity and Real Estate Group Committees of the Texas Society of CPAs-Houston Chapter. He also holds many executive committee and board of director positions in the Asian community and religious organizations.
